Come join us for this unique workshop as we combine the benefits of mindfulness coupled with movement. This 90 minute workshop will begin with centering and a brief overview of the workshop. We will then get bare-footed and move to music from around the world as we embark on a "Let Your Yoga Dance" class. This joyful and fun dance combines user-friendly dance movements, moving yoga and the incorporation of all seven chakras, energy wheels that radiate up from the base of the spine to the crown of our heads. No dance or meditation experience necessary. The second half of the workshop will be spent in guided meditation followed by reflection and sharing. Give yourself the benefit of brain health, heart health, body health and soul health!
