As the brilliant fall leaves begin to make their way to the ground, it is an opportunity for us to consider what we can let go of? Perhaps it is a relationship that just isn't working well, or a behavior that no longer serves us. As we watch the final descent of reds, yellows and orange leaves release their hold from the trees, be curious of what you too can release.

We are hard-wired to scan for problems and threats. Research shows that we spend about 50% of our waking hours in this state of mind called the default mode network.
There is another way though and that is with mindfulness; being present to more moments of your day without judgmentas you live them.
